Troy Edgar

Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer

As President & Chief Executive Officer for Global Conductor, Troy Edgar brings more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience to the company, delivering professional services to many organizations in the high technology, consumer products, telecommunications, aerospace, and government industries. Under Edgar’s leadership and direction, Global Conductor has significantly grown its client activities with operations in major cities throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Before founding Global Conductor, Edgar held several director positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, including ERP practice leader responsible for building a $40 million IT strategy and packaged software consulting practice, and client global relationship manager responsible for managing and delivering global projects for a variety of U.S. and Japanese multinational corporations. Prior to that, Edgar spent nearly a decade in the aerospace industry at McDonnell Douglas and Boeing, filling key senior management roles as the finance & IT leader for the company's $1.2 billion Aerospace Support business, as well as other key positions within the Aircraft Logistics, Manufacturing and MRP Planning organizations. Edgar is a frequent industry speaker at prominent professional organizations and technology vendors user conferences on subjects that include management and organizational leadership, global program management and IT strategy and delivery. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California. Edgar holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Gary Fishel

Vice President of Integration Services

As Vice President of Integration Services, Gary Fishel provides multinational corporations with concrete solutions, aligning business requirements with strategic and project objectives. He brings more than 19 years of consulting and technology expertise for large international firms in the financial services, consumer products, automotive, technology, pharmaceutical, and retail industries. Fishel has implemented Global ERP financial/distribution applications, shared service centers, contract manufacturing tax initiatives and business improvement solutions for companies based in North America, Europe and Asia. He spent more than six years as a senior manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP managing projects for a variety of global corporations including Industrial Bank of Japan, Toyota Motor Sales, Avery Dennison, Universal Studios, and Big Lots. Additionally, he served as director of finance, accounting and brokerage systems for Coldwell Banker Corporation. Fishel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Pepperdine University.

Dina Paolone

Practice Leader

As a practice leader for Global Conductor, Dina Paolone brings more than 10-years experience in the management of strategic business and technology projects. She has proven experience in program and project management helping Global Conductor's clients with Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering, IT Strategy, and Systems Integration. In addition, Ms Paolone has extensive experience and provides a depth of knowledge on CRM and large-scale, global ERP initiatives. She has a particular focus of ensuring that technology is implemented in support of a defined business strategy and optimized business process. Prior to joining Global Conductor, Ms Paolone served in various IT leadership roles providing CRM, ERP, and program management expertise to Homestore.com. She has also provided companies expertise as a Senior Manager at the Inforte Corporation and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Ms Paolone graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in French.
